NSFW - there are swear words

So yeah, this noise popped up the other day and I finally had a minute to look at it. I grabbed the camera and dove on in.

I don't know why it started making noise. Before tonight, the headliner hadn't been disturbed for around a year and I haven't had woofers since november so I can't blame it on the bass. If Unsolved Mysteries ever makes a comeback I will pitch this to the producer.

Anyway, shaving a quarter inch or so off of the padding was the fix. I would recommend using a long knife for a cleaner/more even cut. Boss.

Commented, then read the sub part lol! A shot of lithium grease would have completed it

That's good the fix was so easy.

My occasional squeak is in the middle between the 2nd row roof vents. If it was that easy to get to, I'd get in there and check it, but I'm too lazy, and rarely have the stereo off :D
