I think I'm the only Isuzu owner member, it's lonely out there. My question has to do with a diff gear swap. My 2007 8'' has a 3.42 ratio and an open diff. I would like 4.10 with a G80, is this possible. Any complications with this swap? What is the best source for new parts like the G80, and the gears? Is a Chevy dealer an option?

your not the only Isuzu member and yes its fairly easy to swap 4.10s and a G80 in your rear end... especially since your 2wd
Ebay and junkyards are a good place to look for the G80
any chevy or gmc dealer are viable options as we all have the same size rear end (exept SS and EXT versions I believe) :undecided
