just put the system in the new truck. but. when i put the HU on tuner, the subs kick in and hit. but when i switch it over to aux or CD the amp shuts off. WTf!?

What is you gain set at?? Also what kind of amp?? Is it going into Protect?? Could be a lot of different things... Amp Ground, Speaker connections..
Just figured out you issue, did you hook up the Amp turn on wire to the power antenna lead on the headunit.. You need a constant 12V for the amp. and usually the power antenna is only powered up when playing Tuner.
