AMAZING Solution to Fuel Tanks w/ Broken Filler Necks

While I was working on dropping the fuel tank due to a fuel leaking problem on my '04 Envoy XUV I attempted to take off the rubber hose that connects the filler neck with the filler pipe and the plastic neck (sticking out of the tank) BROKE OFF IN MY HAND!:mad:

I thought I was totally hosed. I went looking for replacement tanks but New OEM ones were way too expensive and the listings I got from scrap yards in my area all had one way or another of basically saying "the neck broke off this one too.":suicide::suicide:

After doing some research and Youtubing I came across the greatest replacement piece ever made (in my opinion;)). It's a replacement neck made specifically for this problem. It fits, or they can make it fit, an enormous number of vehicles. :):):)

The only thing I would complain about is that the pull wire they send is worthless, but just a little manipulation with a simple clothes hanger works.

It was quick and simple to install. Here it is on eBay: http://www.ebay.com/itm/2004-Chevrolet-Trailblazer-LS-LT-LX-LXT-fuel-tank-filler-neck-repair-kit-/121782178621?hash=item1c5ac8933d:g:pQAAOSwvt1WRXsY&vxp=mtr

And here's the YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fmRt1xOTdIY

I hope this helps anyone in the same situation I did.
