'07 TB - pulled relay...headlamps stay on anyway

Can anyone help me w/ 2007 Trailblazer whose low beam headlamps won't turn off?
I pulled relay (#46 if I remember) plus the 4 fuses towards the front, but I can't kill them w/o disconnecting the battery.

Double check that you pulled the proper relay and fuses. Verify against the information about the underhood electrical center in the Owner's Manual.

Also, visually inspect the wires and connectors going to the headlights to make sure they are not running over power lines and have broken insulation.

Any other electrical problems that you have noticed?
