Doing a little work under the hood of my wife's 06 Trailblazer LT and noticed the wire harness going through the firewall was damaged as well as the boot. Long story short there must have been a mouse that made a house in there. Question is! How hard would it be to replace harness

Hard? No .... miserable!

I wouldn't want to attempt it - this is something that is rife with problems and I suggest you post a few pixs so we can see it - but if the wires themselves aren't chewed, then you're just going to have to ('should', really) fabricate a rubber plug for whatever damage was done.
