I'm trying to figure out a problem with my I-Tunes account and am getting no help after 8pm. My account shows a purchase at 5:56 today but no one was home. I live in ND being central time. When you purchase songs from the I-Tunes store and the history tab shows the time:

What timezone is it referring to?

The date is Pacific Time, but it's not when you actually made the purchase -- it
s the time the invoice was generated, which is anytime from a few hours to a day or two after you actually made the purchase.

It will tell you exactly what was purchased, by the way.

actually i have noticed before my balance (t-tunes gift card) had decreased a few times without me buying anything one time it was like 5.00 worth
