I got most of the parts for the lights i went with a 3/4 inch tube and i went to 3 home depots for the rubber end cap none had it now home depot and the manufacturer are trying to tell me it is discontinued does anyone have any suggestions of what to do i really did not want to weld some aluminum on the sides cause it would make it a PITA to wire.

I found them on the shelf at lowes.....like $1.49 for a bag of 4.....

They should be right beside the square tubing....that's where I found 'em

Why will that make the wiring a pain? If you are running the wires through the tube, THAT in itself will make it a pain. Just zip tie black wires to the outside of the tube, it makes it a lot less painful and its nearly invisible.

(Oh yeah, and be sure to post up pictures in the roof light thread when you are done)
