first things first.. I KNOW I NEED A DROP hahaha if anyone wants to supply me with springs or $ for me to buy some please let me know! but at the moment the w7 and ZRs are BLOWN and those are at the top of my list for mods to be re-done.

there are a couple shots from the car wash after a midnight clay-wax session, driving to omaha on i-80 and from my driveway. enjoy

well your profile has your truck as a slt which would have airbags in the rear and u can change the leveler in the rear
it is an slt but i'm sure it's springs.. i've never really paid attention to the rear but when i go to my garage i'm gonna check it out and make sure.

Looks so smooth and sexy!!!

My TB was the same way....way too high in the rear with springs only.....you gotta drop that thing Bro!!!
haha thanks i know i want a drop soo bad but the money isn't here for it :(

stole my dads crappy 5MP camera he got from his work and snapped some interior shots of my gray to black conversion so far...

quick shot of it in the garage, godd the camera sucks!

suede center console lid/b pillar, wood shifter and wheel, black dash/door panels and grey airbag/wood radio bezel (i need a CF black one if anyone has one) :(

suede dash top and a pillars... i need seats and carpet!! if anyone has black interior pieces let me know!

and now to the best and worst part of my night so far..

a friend let me borrow them for the w7 substitute... i never realized HOW orgasmic the w7 is until i lost it and got 2 12" kickers.. check out the suede c pillars

Lookin good  but you need a drop :D
haha that has been discussed already :)

I havent tackled my C pillars yet... I may just have a shop do them when I do the headliner as well
yeah theyre a pita to do. mine are kinda sloppy but my subbox will cover up the bad parts so its fine.. headliner is gonna be done here in like 3 weeks.

I don't know what has more grain, your dash panels or that camera!
haha it was so hard to take a decently clear picture with it

I really like that suede!
thanks! it's not that hard to do. pm me if you want to give it a try.

when i was 17, my parents gave me a car and warned me not to lower it. you know what i did? i lowered it without telling them.:x :D

just tell them that maybe it looks lowered because of the heavy sound system at the back. :x
hahaha i could pull that off but my mom has an envoy too and when im home it would be pretty noticeable with a 2/4 drop vs stock.. but i was hoping to get the rear lowered when i put the subbox in there so i could just tell them thats what did it.

so we need another reason to lower it..:D

how about telling them that you noticed that when you bought new rims, it tends to lean too much on the side when your on a curve and an expert told you that you have to lower the center of gravity to prevent that from happening again?

sounds like a valid excuse right? :D

i just hope that she wont make you put the old rims back.
hahahaha you're good at this. but not matter what excuse or how many threads i show my dad on here he believes that it ruins the 4wd when you lower it.. but next year i should be pretty much moved out for good and they wont see my car that much so a lowering will be at the top of the list.

:( i guess we have to wait then..

i rest my case. :D
i've already waited almost 4 years so i can wait a little bit longer.. but i might just drop the rear in a couple months if i can get my new box done and get a new w7 ordered. then the front will come eventually. gotta slowly lower it so they dont notice haha

my dad understands all that lower the CG but since he owned like an 88 blazer 14 years ago he thinks it ruins 4wd.. thats the problem, i've shown him tons of thread on here and on belltechs site where it reads that its made for 4wd. thats the problem getting him to understand it doesnt put any more stress on anything to the point that it will ruin it.
