Here's the deal, last few days my trannys been slipping real bad into 2nd gear, today I leave for work and have absolutly no second, revs up and drops down to third....then on the highway I noticed its not going into 4th either, fluid is full and clean, doesn't stink....any ideas, or do I need a rebuild?

Yea sounds like something's definitely gone. Time to find a good trans shop and have them diagnose it, just curious is it throwing any codes right now? But yea losing 2nd and 4th gear is at minimum a servo issue, could be something much bigger though.

Nope, no codes right now! Thank god for warranties though now the hard part is finding a "good" tranny shop down here! I'm stationed in the middle of nowhere in louisianna!

If your mechanically inclined ide just buy a new tranny off Car-Part and swap it out yourself, you can find multiple used trannys for around 400 dollers with like 60k on them and swap it out yourself and youd be paying 400 not 2000

Theres no way in hell ide pay 2k for a rebuild when i can get another trans for 400, even if the used replacement blew up i could buy another 5 trannys for the price of one rebuild you know what i mean? I could probobly do a tranny swap in 6-8 hours in my garage but ive got airtools etc at my disposal so it seems like a waste from my perspective
