I'm going to purchase a 1992 Ford Bronco 4x4.

Now i was going to rent those Uhaul car transport. But I can reserve it because it says my Trailblazer EXT 4x4 won't work.

Now the Bronco weights 5000 lbs. I thought our trucks can tow about 6500lbs?

I'm going to be traveling in CA up the grapevine to los angeles, about 100 miles.

Now I need to know if my truck can handle it and i'll be safe. Thanks!

Maybe someone with more experience can chime in. but the trailer itself weighs about 2200lbs. Add in the veh. weight of ~5000lbs and you're at ~7200lbs. ~700lbs over the limit. I wouldn't recommened towing more than what's safely recommended.
