Before I bought leds I removed my panel on my 08 tb and the lights were soldered on. No twist lock bulbs. I probed and found all grounds and marked them. I bought the led kit that has the resistor on the led. I bent the legs to match the height of the factory lights and soldered them on. It's awesome.

So cant just buy the kit that pops in I would have to solder the new ones in?
It would be a good idea to see which
type bulbs you have before buying or look on youtube for your year, model to
see which ones it has. That's how I knew mine soldered on.

Solder sucker or
Solder Wick... (not as effective)

Maintain the correct height of the new LEDs.
Make sure to buy DIMMABLE LEDs
Keep your fingers off the clear plastic... it scratches easily.
