I have an '05 Trailblazer that threw codes P2101 and P1516 this afternoon. Under possible causes, it lists "faulty throttle actuator control module" as a possible issue. My question is, WHERE IS IT LOCATED??? I have googled images for a few hours now and I keep seeing that it's either a box that mounts to the firewall, a sensor that's attached to the throttle body that CAN be removed or a sensor that is part of the throttle body and you have to replace the whole throttle body. Just wanting to know where it is...

It's a sensor mounted on the throttle body. You have to replace throttle body to repair. Make sure this is your cause. Other things can cause these same codes. People have replaced their throttle bodies sometimes with these codes. The problem still persists.
