If that's a roof rack nut, no need to take down the headliner. Actually it won't help anyway. They're nutserts, crimped into place like a threaded pop-rivet. It'll cost you more to buy the tool and a metric adapter, for just one insert, but if you were nearby you could use mine. Check Ebay.

The problem with that, the hole for the nut has flared out and up a little. Not sure if the rivet nutsert will hold...
