thinkin a fan clutch problem???

i have 2002 tb with I6 has about 77k miles on it currently. started off with a ticking sound up front and now outta nowhere a loud roaring sound and seems like a major loss of power.. any ideas...

You called it. Now run a search and read for about two hours about how to easily change it.

man that sucks!! hopefully its not to bad to change out. any chance there was recalls on those and maybe have a dealer do it for free?

well good thing i have mechanics in the family and also one that sold snap on stuff. so shouldnt be a problem.. other than coming up with the money for a new one..
