Any of the higher end RTV products will seal that right up. I'm personally fond of Right Stuff but even the basic "blue goo" would probably take care of it.

If it was really bad, I have used a product called Fas-Weld, the local NAPA always has it. You can put a thin rope of it on the head surface, lay some waxed paper over it, then tighten down the housing to flatten it out. I've even fixed badly eroded exhaust ports with it and it holds up.even to that. But DO NOT leave the housing tightened down, just snug it and then remove it because the stuff seems to expand a tiny bit as it cures...don't ask me how I learned that.o_O
