I have a problem that has started about the past 2 weeks. First my TB has 124,000 miles and the trans fluid was changed at approx 90k. I have replaced the fuel filter and did a throttle body clean along with a bottle of sea-foam.

While driving at 40-60 in D the TB seems to stutter.:hissy: If I press the brake a tad and keep on the gas the stuttering goes away. If I have the TB in 3rd it seems to not be as much of a problem.

Does this sound like a Torque converter problem? I am planning on doing some hefty maintenance in July when I receive a bonus from the military. Would a PCM4less tune help fix this for the time being? Any help would be appreciated.

Sorry if this has been brought up before but being a Medic I fix people. This mechinical stuff stumps the heck out of me.:bonk:

It only does it at the above mentioned speed. the fuel filter was the right one(it looked the same and was the same part number.) And I dont hear any loose vacuum lines while the truck is running.
