I found the vehicle specific manual online but I have climate control buttons. Do I need to attach the blue wire that they mention in the paper version or is that a different wire than the green one?

and do I run my power and ground to the radio harness?

So I can use the stereo control buttons for my new HU?

I would also like to know if I need to use the resistors that came with my adapter.

to answer the unedited question, the correct light green wire in the connector under the column (C201) has a white wire to the left of it and a dark blue to the right

the manual didnt say how much current the unit needs so I dont think you should tap into the radio harness

also, on page 4 it said the dark blue wire is for gm passenger cars only

thats the thing, the red wire on the radio will be hooked up to the gmos for power, not the vehicle harness.....if it cant handle the additional load the gmos could be damaged
Do you know where I could tap in if that's the case? And the ground should be okay there right?

so I connect the power wire of the radio harness, the swi power wire and the gmos power wire to this relay?

Can I get this at the local parts store?
