Bill is right, but if they are very easy to twist, they need to be replaced.They HAVE to be able to rotate a bit.

I'm in "pothole hell, ice ruts and frost heaves in winter, potholes in spring, paving repair bumps in summer.I agree with this- some on here change their front and rear endlinks at 20-50K....
I changed my front endlinks- at about 132,000.
the rears are still factory and no noise...
But I do live in Southern California...
the other guys live in pothole hell.
