I changed oil a while back but i used the SuperTech filter which was smaller than the AC delco. I wanted to put a different filter on now but i aint changing oil since it isnt time. How oil will pour out? is it whats just in the filter itself?

Just the oil in the filter and some of the larger oil passages will pour out... Maybe 1/2 or 3/4 quart...

just unscrew the old filter and put oil in the new filter and screw it back it. the filter alone holds about 1/2 quart and you may lose more, so bartonmd is right..
