:bonk:Hello All,
I have been trying everything on my 02 TB. (Miles 160,350 miles)

History:
I noticed some spudder as I was driving for more than 4 hours from a family trip and I lost cruise control when this occurred.
- The diagnostic code read P0303 from autozone as my Check Engine light came on and finally stayed.

100,000 miles to 160,000
Oil gaskets replaces
Spark Plugs
Ignition Coil #5

Items Replaced within the past 2 weeks:
- Gas Filter and Fuel Pressure Sensor
- Oil Filer and Oil
- Transmission Oil and Filter
- Ignition Coil #3 (I noticed that there was oil in the cavity) I removed all oil build up and checked other surrounding coils and they all were dry

Any Feedback can be helpful:
The only items on my checklist that I have not changed is the 02 sensors, fuel injectors, etc..

Did you use AC Delco 41-103 plugs? Some members have had bad luck with other
types...maybe not right away, but after a few thousand miles.

If you continue to get misfire codes, especially for one cylinder, check for more oil or
water buildup in the plug well, as that can mess up the efficiency of the coil.

Also, if you continue to get codes for one cylinder, check the compression.

Have you bee using "top tier" fuel? Stopped at any cheaper stations? A couple of
members have gotten water contaminated fuel. Run any fuel system cleaner through
it lately?

O2 sensor...some change them at the same time as they change the plugs.

And, not that I think it's causing your specific problem, cleaned your throttle body lately?

Good Luck!

Chris

Feedback

Thanks for the helpful tips.
I am not sure what the plugs are and I will replace them.
The throttle has not been cleaned in a while and I plan to do that next.
All the information you have is very helpful and I will apply any suggestions to get my TB to a reliable stage.
Thanks,

I have cleaned the throttle body until both sides shine. I ran well for about 2 days and begin to sputter again.
Next plan is to change the plugs as suggested.
Can some send me links or emails on how to do the following?
Changing Fuel Injectors?
Where to look for a Vacuum leak sensor?
Thanks,
