I have about 92k on my truck. Should I replace my plugs? With what kind? What else needs replacing?

Usually at 100K plugs are changed, front and rear differential fluids are changed, every 50K miles the transfer case fluid is changed with GM AutoTrac II fluid. Probably drain and flush engine coolant, bleed brakes, replace downstream (on exhaust manifold) O2 sensor.

With all the ethanol being added to gas, I have talked to several mechanics who say to change out the plugs every year. I recently had some work done at a local shop. They pulled my plugs and they looked like absolute garbage. I had changed them only about 30K miles back.
