What do you mean "used to have a rough idle"? Does it still have that? Is the Check Engine light on, have you checked for codes? If you increase RPMs, does rough running stop? Need more info.

Probably want to check the motor mounts, worn motor mounts can cause vibration at idle. Another thing to do is clean the throttle body front and back sides.

basic thing is to check spark plugs, check history when was the last time it was replaced?

I just got done replacing my timing chain. Before that I had a rough idle due to the spark timing being off, along with the cams. You do not want to replace the timing chain, trust me. But if your Envoy only does it when you first start it up, you may have a throttle body issue.
