Hi all,
My both side height leveling sensor is broken so i want to replace it by new part
but if i installed the new piece you need the car to the re-programming

note:
I found that the number of two pieces is changed from
GM #15070506 LEFT - SENSOR,RR AIR SPR LVL to 25999461 GM #15070507 RIGHT to 25999462

Are they the same

Yes, the new parts are equivalent to the older parts.

GM changed to the new part numbers in 2009 because the armature and yoke of the older parts were made with a substance (hex chrome) that has been banned in many regions for its toxicity during manufacturing.

By the way, replacement of a leveling sensor does not require any reprogramming of the vehicle. Just adjust the orientation of the new sensor (there is some play in the mounting) until the ride height is correct.
