Complete rebuild; Head & block cleaned, head & block deck checked for straightness, valve job, all new oil seals. all new lifters. Crank checked for straightness, measured & polished. Crank is Std size. New pistons, rings, wrist pins, rod bearings, main bearings, (all standard size), melling oil pump, timing chain, tensioner, guides, all new torque to yield main bearing cap bolts, rod bolts, head bolts. New water pump, idler pulley, tensioner pulley, serpentine belt. Engine comes with alternator, A/C compressor, power steering pump, flywheel, valve cover, oil filter, oil pan (filled with oil), exhaust manifold with all new bolts, intake manifold, throttle body, spark plugs, coil packs, fuel rail with all injectors, Motor mount brackets. All fasteners torqued to GM specs, Plastigauge used on main & rod bearings, All bearing clearances to GM specs. This engine was cranked with the valve cover off to verify full oil pressure. Also compression tested; 200psi+ on every cylinder. Replacing an engine you have 2 options; LKQ / Used / Junkyard engines with well over 100K miles. An OEM new engine is $5K+ from GM.
