This evening my rear wiper arm broke off and I was searching the articles for replacing it with an OEM arm I will be ordering.

The assembly article is for an '07, and one part says for the washer hose to "just pull it" from the plug on the tailgate.

Is this true for an 02? I'm afraid if I yank I'm going to break something else, and this has been a bad enough day as it is. I tugged on it some and it did not give, so I left it alone (unplugged the hose and tucked it under the glass window, then shut it).

Picture of the plug from the article in question:

Thanks. When I got my replacement arm I saw what I was doing wrong...tugging on the base instead of the hose connecting to it. Had everything done in under 10 minutes, including coming back into the house and looking the article back up to make sure I wasn't forgetting anything! :)
