Rear lower liftgate mechanism... kaput!

Hey all!!

Been a while since my last post.

My trunk has not been locking for about 2 months now, and I finally took the panel off and had a look at the assembly.

Covered in dust, rust everywhere, you know, the typical Quebec car problem.

All the electrical connections work, there's just one of the pivoting pieces that is seized. I have tried everything to get it un-stuck, with no luck (no rhyme intended).

Question.... what is the PN for this piece, and anyone know what it may cost?
