2003 tb changed rear brakes recently . Took vehicle to tire shop to fix a flat. The guy said it looks Iike the wheel is rubbing on the caliper and the break pads are loose fitting in yhe new clips. Also the rear end sways back and forth it also feels like it bounces. It feels like the rear end it gona come out from under it. Any ideas?

Check the upper and lower trailing arms and your rear sway bar links. Look for obvious rust spots and breaks.

Go back to what you did and reinspect that.

It sounds like you screwed something up .... loose lugs ... wheel not seated ... caliper bolt(s) missing ... pads installed backwards ... etc.

Trailing arm connex at the frame are want to rust our badly 'cause it captures salt and dirty water off the road.

Good idea to check that out.
