rear blower TB Ext

i am looking for information on the rear blower on the EXT models. I have an 06 TB LT EXT with just over 200,000 as of yesterday. I replaced both actuators due to clicking today. i bought the TB with this issue and just got around to fixing it. The problem i believe i am having is the blower does not come on immediately, it takes about 30-45 seconds for it to kick on then it runs great. Is this normal or has anyone else had this issue and figured it out? My Mechanic is at a loss, At least he was honest about it and just didnt start replacing things. any help is greatly appreciated!

My 2005 has been doing that clicking for 3 or 4 years now & I don't even have 100,000 miles now Just haven't done anything about it yet.

Be careful and not break the tabs as I did. You have to replace the whole box if you do

Does your fan kick on right away when you set the controls to do it.
