I HAVE PROBLEMS WITH A TRAIL BLAZER 2003 HIGHT COOLANT ENGINE WHEN IS SLOW SPEED OR station or hot days 235 F, when I go IN A HIGH-SPEED IS 210 F. CHANGE CLUTH FAN, THERMOSTAT, WATER PUMP AND RADIATOR NO RESULT


HELP PLEASE

tengo problemas con mi trail blazer 2003 , cuando estoy estacionado con el aire acondiaonado encendido o si voy a baja velocidad se sube la temperatura hasta 3/4 pero cuando ya voy en carretera se baja a 210 f normal,ya cambie fan cluth,termostato,bomba de agua y radiador y sigue igual

I'm going to assume that the hoses were changed as well, and that you are using the correct coolant (DEXCOOL-the orange stuff). What type of fan clutch did you install?

Could the temp sensor be bad and you're really not that hot? - Just a thought, there has been one or two members who have had to change their sensor......none recently, but there have been a couple.

With all those parts new, I doubt there's a clog in the system and that leaves the sensor as suspect.

That also may be a possibility. I believe the ECT Sensor is at the end of the upper radiator hose towards the engine and it may be green. This is a wild guess but i'll look at mine right now and confirm..
