I've been getting a service engine light along with a reduced engine power that will not alow the truck to accelerate. After a restart the service engine light will stay on but reduced engine power is not triggered and will allow me to continue to drive until triggered again.

I went to autozone and had the codes read....P1221, and P0128.

I've read many horror stories on here of people dumping lots of many into this while fishing for a solution.

I hope someone can help me diagnose the proper fix to this as it is my families only vehicle at this time.

I checked oil today and it lost 5qt in 3k miles, which I just replaced. Temperature seems to be running cool fluctuates between 2-4 clicks below 210.

The easy one is P0128, either the thermostat or the temperature sensor are bad, change both since they are in the same area.
The P1221 code relates to the Fuel Injection Secondary Circuit, not sure what involves.
