hey guys just changed my thermostat what a bitch bc i broke a bolt (only me) but anyway everything is fine the guage reads 210 but when i put the ac/heat on my car starts idiling weird and then a error comes up on my system check and says oil pressure low stop engine does anyone kno what i have to do. im leaving for baltimore in 3 hours wanna get that solved thanks

If the oil pressure goes low when it stalls, that's normal.

You must have removed the battery cable to change the thermostat. Now the PCM has to relearn the throttle behavior, and if you have a dirty/sticky throttle body (which can happen every 30K miles, BTW) you just have to clean it.

A magic and cheap cure, astonishlingly enough!

You can run the AC while driving. After an hour or two, the PCM may relearn how to deal with the dirty throttle body and it might even idle OK. But you know it's filthy inside. Don't annoy the lady, or make her hair sticky with humidity. They hate that. I've heard. :cool:
