I just purchased 2004 Envoy loaded all available options. Great shape had blown engine with 225k so I got a LQK engine with 60k miles on it. Rebuilt the trans. Put new Michelin's and Moto Metal rims on her. Now I have $7500 in it not to bad... BUT Now I noticed I have no e break! Continuous sequel in reverse and rotational sequel in forward at right rear tire. When break applied the noise diminishes to almost nothing. I assume it is the e shoes..?? Any tips would be appreciated. Thanks for all your advise! Sincerely Jeff Brychta

You have to pull the caliper and rotor off and check the brake shoes. Unless they're completely gone, they can be adjusted.
