Hi guys,
I just found this great site on the internet. And just wanna drop a couple lines and say hi.
Im currently in Germany with the DOD and gonna get me a Trailblazer in the next couple weeks. It's gonna take a while to get it over yonder tho!.
My current car is a 1989 Chevrolet Beretta.

When I shipped my TB to UAE, it took 3-1/2 months from Portland, OR. It took two weeks to get to Maryland and sat there for a month waiting for the ship to fill up. It shipped on a Rollon-Rolloff carrier. When the ship finally left, it went to Bremerhaven, Germany to be transfered to another Rollon-Rolloff to Dubai. What a nightmare. If you are shipping any other personal effects, I recommend that you ship the TB and the personal stuff in a container. You can fill up the TB with personal stuff, then pack more stuff around the TB. You can't have anything in the TB that didn't come from the factory when you go with Rollon-Rolloff. The bastards took a small tool kit and jumper cables that I left in the rear storage compartment. It will get there much quicker and should be more cost-effective.

Rear Window Tint
Did you have any issues with getting the vehicle inspected???? I have a 2008 TB SS that I plan to ship to Abu Dhabi the end of August. The rear glass tints are 20% VLT from the factory. UAE law states they cannot be less than 30%.
