Do all New TCCM need to be programed at dealer? I have installed a new TCCM and hav no responce at all now! Both axle motor and tranfercase motors are good....dash switch good as well. The old TCCM has more responce as I can here both motors moving and lights on dash switch flash....the trans and transfer case just do not switch....I am locked in 4 low right now.

Just before we go any farther... You did try switching it back to 4HI while the transmission was in neutral, right?
