Better check the A/C condenser while you're in there. The radiator supposedly has to come out to get the condenser out, might as well do both at the same time if the condenser has the usual damage from road debris and sparrows.
Seems like that radiator is a whole bunch of money for little benefit over a standard "space-age polymer" replacement.
