Manual fan clutch replacement

New to the site. Just bought a 2003 Envoy slt and was wondering if anyone has a part number to replace the electric fan clutch with manual one ? Thanks

I don't know if anyone makes a manual fan clutch for this truck. You can get electric fans for this truck. If you go to either setup you will have to re-program your PCM. Otherwise you'll have a check engine light on all the time. You may say you don't care. But if and when you do get a actual check engine light your not going to know it.

GM went back to a manual fan clutch like in 2007 so 2007-2009 were manual clutches due to the issues with the electric. I have the manual in mine and it works fine , though once in awhile you get the jet engine sound when first started that goes away in about 30 seconds.

Hi, I believe the previous owner for my envoy put in a manual clutch. It has the clutch fan code and when I checked the plug there was nothing plugged into the port. Will it be fine even though its a 2002?
