Mall Of America Meet - Bloomington MN

Hello all from your MN State Rep.

I was looking at the midwest meet calendar for this summer and noticed there's nothing going on in August yet. I know this may be a bit far out for some of you, but I'm the type to plan in advance, so here goes.

I'd like to hold a meet at the Mall Of America this August. I was thinking either the 15th or the 22nd.

Anyone from surrounding states that have wanted a reason to drive up for a day at the MOA, this would be a perfect time for it. There are tons of hotels in the area, lots of restaurants, entertainment, and fun.

The Mall of America is a great family place, so kids/spouses/significant others are more than encouraged to attend.

Let's hear some ideas or opinions!

A trip to the Mall of America I'm pretty sure i can get my wife to that.

It looks as if most people are leaning towards the 22nd. Let's get some more opinions.

I know there are more MN people on here that need to fulfill their 1 meet minimum to maintain chapter eligibility.

I SAY TAKE THIS THING BY THE BALLS AND RUN WITH IT LETS MAKE IT AUGUST 22ND THAT GIVES PEOPLE PLENTY OF TIME TO PLAN AND IF YOU HAVE A WIFE OR GIRLFRIEND YOUR MONEY WHEN YOU TAKE THEM TO THE WORLDS BIGGEST MALL...:dielaugh:

I'll talk to the wife, she may want to come with. The 22nd works great for me. The weekend before that I have wedding to DJ, so I'm glad everyone didn't want the 15th.

i'm gunna say maybe... depends if i can get a few of my buddies to come with.. i'll tell them its mall of america and the girls can go shopping or something.. :undecided

You can put me down for a for sure. I'll even bring my Term Lab SPL meter and lap top. I may even throw in my printer to print off certificates so you have proof how loud your guys' systems are.

MoA Meet

My wife is always up for a trip to the cities, for any reason! She doesn't know if she has to work yet though, so we are tentative at this time.
