I’m in the market for new shocks and ball joints. Thinking of lowering a bit. Can it be done? I searched and saw a few people wanting to but has anyone completed it? Do they still make parts? I looked at DJM and Beltech and could find anything. Thanks!

TTBOMK, you'll need more than shocks and ball joints.

You'll need hardware and an alignment. I saw lowering kits on Amazon when I was looking for a lift kit - not that I need one, I just didn't know what it encompasses, parts-wise.

My son bought a TB that had been slammed by heating the coils until it sat on the snubbers. Bad idea!

I’ve looked around and I can’t find lowering kits for 4x4.
