Why are you yelling ?
Please type correctly . It's much easier to read and it won't offend anyone . ;)
Sorry , I don't know where the buzzer is .

Come on man don't be so sensitive, maybe some counseling will help
FYI, my cap locks were on by accident and I am so bad at typing I did not feel like doing it over.
Have a great day, guess you were bored..

Can you tell where the buzzing is coming from? In the dash, speakers, engine compartment? Don't know of any buzzers in our vehicles.

i took the mid dash section out and the radio
shot a video but i cannot upload the file sounds like it is coming from the air vents
low buzz switches to a loud one then low again for about 30 seconds then stops
like something is communicating , the loudest thru the dash mid air ducts, frustrating
i could not feel anything vibrating reaching all around as far as i could

If it's mostly at start up, it could be one the HVAC actuators. The gears tend to wear or break and that causes them to make clicking noise.

hmm maybe but this is quite loud and sounds more like a buzz, would an actuator buzz or click?
I just saw a video on the actuator and thats not it
I will try and post a video of this sound

Are you sure it’s not a fast clicking sound? When a dash vent actuator goes bad the motor spin but the gear mesh is striped and noisy at start up for a while

Could it possibly be the amplifier going bad? Is the radio on when you start the vehicle? I had a similar sounding issue related to my amplifier.

Ok, weird possibility, no. 1. Something like a leaf, or piece of paper that has fallen into the vent system and hitting the fan. Bear with me on this.
Quiet at first - fan spinning up rpms
Gets louder - fan hits proper rpm
Gets quiet again - fan has enough rpms to blow obstruction away from it.
Does it changes, even slightly if you change the speed of the fan?
Or as my wife just said, bad bearing on the fan allowing it, as it spins up to make contact with the housing. When it hits full speed the bearing lubricant, or centrifugal or gyroscopic force centering the shaft on the fan motor, makes it "go away".
I'd pull the fan motor just for a, look see.

I went to a shop and they say It is multiple actuators, have to remove the whole dash, $600 estimate from 2 different shops. UHG...

The only actuator that would require the dash to be disassembled is the Recirculator, the others can be accessed from under the dash. Attached is a diagram of the locations.

I'd still pull the motor and fan, just to take a look. It couldn't hurt . . . ?

it is for sure the actuators . Now they are only making noise occasionally , sometimes not at all
guess i will live with it for a while
