I changed my serpentine belt yesterday. I drove the car a little while after I changed it and noticed that I was getting a loud embarrasing screeching while turning in either direction. I checked the power steering fluid level and it was normal. I tried to pin point the noice and it sounds llike its coming from the tensioner. I was not getting any problems until after I changed the belt. If there is anyone that has had this problem could you let me know the solution(s)!!!!:suicide:

I have 42K on my TB and have already done the tensioner and idler.
Often the belt and plastic pully wear together, and when you replace the belt, it rides differently then the old belt causing noise.
Take the belt off and feel for any movement in either the idler or tensioner. They will sometimes give a little bit of bearing noise when you spin them as well.
