Locking gas door

I like it, always thought we should have a latched door with release inside the cabin, but that's even better. I've looked for them before, usually not too many places carrying them and they all seemed a little over priced. Have they come down in price lately? Would look good with polished or chrome wheels.

you should paint it black and leave the rivets alone to match your rims :thumbsup:

I gave it some thought to painting black. I'm not real good with paint stuff and am afraid I'd do more harm than good! The black ones are about $80 so I figured when this one looks crappy I'll spend it.

Great and cheep mod..

I went with a brushed black... drilled all the holes to make the gas cover resece in the truck more. Went to the local hardware store for nut and bolts needed and drilled out the gas cover.

I am wondering the same thing...I want one in black though lol

It was in a discount bin at the local auto parts store. Originally fit a full size Chevy Pick Up or Suburban. The diameter was the same as I needed so I just had to drill a couple hole to line it all up. The holes were drilled in the flange for the original door so you cant see anything. Ive seen black ones for $80
