Somebody please correct me if I'm wrong, as I'm ignorant in the ways of drivetrain (Know engines and brakes like the back of my hand though), but if I remember correctly, there's supposedly no option of a locker for our fronts? Cuz I found this on google searching...

Feedback would be nice, since I'm not sure if I've found something interesting or not.

That listing has been incorrect at Randy's for years, there is no 7.6 front R&P for our platform, its the 7.2 if you go back one level on their site:

http://www.ringpinion.com/DiffList.aspx?SearchMode=Make&MakeID=3&ModelID=344&Side=Front

And if you follow through there, you will see they list the Lock-Right. Except that if you read the text:
These units are not recommended for applications with high horsepower or large tires.

So nobody has had the inclination to give it a try, since its definitely not an easy install. I thought about it ... maybe for 15 seconds ... and decided against as the overall feeling is that it would blow up the front housing pretty quickly.

Thanks for the info. Glad to know about it. My wonder is what exactly they mean when referring to "high horsepower or large tires"

-edit nvm I found out... seems to me that reviewers recommend no more than 33" setups... due to stress on the stock parts... might be a viable option for me since I don't plan on going larger than that, and I do all my own labor and know my way around a tranny pretty well.
