I have an 04 Trailblazer EXT 4.2L 4x4 160K. Today out of the blue when I started up the vehicle, the left turn signal would not work. The right side does work. The actuator arm does click into place and return to normal after making a turn to the left. But I get no blinking flasher on dash nor do all three of the lights controlled by it flash. I checked and tested the fuse and all three lamps are good. Not only does the left side not work with the arm actuator, the left side also doesn't work when turning on the hazard lights (only the right side will flash). Is there another part that could be bad? Is there a flasher relay or something like that that could be bad? Thanks for your help!

There is a good possibility it is a faulty flasher module.

However (and there is usually a however), you said you tested THE fuse.

The flasher circuit has 3 fuses (plus some for the trailer connector), the only fuse that would produce the problem you are having, is fuse #38 (rear fuse panel).
