Can anyone help me here. I have the Kenwood DNX-7120 installed in my 08 TB and when I use the radio my volume levels are nice and loud but when I switch over to the AV in which has my Sirius radio plugged into, is quite a bit quieter. Can you tell me if this is the way the audio/video in rca's are normally? I can add the sirius adapter module that plugs directly into the head unit but I don't want to spend the money on that if it won't make a difference.

To give you an idea of the volume difference between the radio and the AV in.

Radio loud is at 30/35 And A/V in can be at full volume and still isn't that loud.

PS; I even have a 2 ch amp 50 wattsX2 running the front speakers.

I found my answer. Kenwood wrote me back.

"No wonder, the o/p voltage at the headphone is about 100mv while the i/p of your DNX7120 is in the order of voltage. You may check with your local Kenwood dealer see whether they have some amp for this purpose. We do not have this kind of product."

Just in case someone else has an issue like this.
