Removing them gives it a nice clean look...

That's the main reason I have not removed mine. Plis I don't mind them because they are the body color, and I really don't see them. But yeah, people around here don't care if they smack your doors :no: If I had black ones, I would just color match them :yes: but that's me :m2:

I've had the moldings removed from my truck for 4 years and no dings. "Knock on wood" also another way to not get dings on your door, would be to park as far as possible. LOL.
installed my SS front bumper today, still waiting for my back bumper...
will have pics up tomorrow might look into changing the headlights and grill to match it up with the ss grill as my LT doesnt have the cross bar grill...
