Hi.. I was under my 2008 TB for the first time since purchased it used for an oil change. While under the car, I noticed a lot of oil around the base/side of engine. Looking at the attached picture, can you please tell me if this is indeed engine oil or not? Is this possibly front differential fluid I am looking at? Is the area covered with oil part of the engine, transmission or what?

Fluid from a differential usually has a very distinctive smell, very different from engine oil. You could, and likely should, check the level of fluid in the front differential. Remove the fill plug which is just above the area of your first picture and the fluid level should be pretty close to the bottom of that plug.
