Read a few stickies and searched but need to ask this.

I do have some clicking going on when I have the air directed to the face and feet, and when I select the Front DEF and the actuators get the air to the def ducts....the clicking goes away, even after I return to normal A/C mode blowing on the vent ducts and the floor.

Now I have noticed the driver side air is warmer than the passenger side air when using the A/C and both are set to 60 deg.

Is this the actuator not fully directing the air or a combination of other probs?

Gettin' hot here in VA.....wanna get it fixed ASAP.

No, I replaced the battery about 2 years ago...not sure when the clicking started :ugh:

I will get an occasional click, when I do, I go into DEF and back to my current setting and the click goes away, never had the temp prob though.

When the DEF activates there is a pronounced set of louder clicks..maybe 2, and what sounds like a rubber diaphragm moving then it's silent.

Not sure if the def is clicking or the drivers side actuator but one surely is.

When it clicks....it's maybe once every two weeks.
