How to remove spare tire?

I am missing the tool from underneath the rear seat to remove the spare tire. not sure what it is called or where to get a new one (other than the dealership assuming i can buy one online cheaper). Any help on this topic would be great.

Any decent size junk yard ought to have one. Any model year Envoy or Trailblazer will work I imagine.
