or if you just hit the brake a few times it will drain the last of the electrical. there are 4 bolts/screw holding the airbag cover in. if you remove the radio and the passenger side trim panel on the side of the dash you will have access to the bolts. What i recommend it to remove the radio, remove the center vent which you will be able to access the 2 bolts from the bottom after you remove the radio. then there are 2 bolts holding the airbag cover on from the side. from the pasenger side you remove the side panel that is on teh side of the dash, just pull it off. access the screw holding the passenger vent with 1 bolt and pull the vent out. you will now be able to see the 2 screws on the passenger side. shouldn't take more than 30 minutes to get it out. maybe an hour if it's your first time.
